What is included in the rates?

TS offers furnished and accessorized 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, townhomes, condos and single family homes. Included is your choice of new furniture, a linens and houseware package, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and dining needs. Housekeeping services for your new home are also available for your convenience. Also included in our spacious suites is a utilities package with local phone, basic expanded cable, electric, and heat, gas, water and trash removal. Premium cable and in-suite internet service is also available.

How does TEMPORARY SUITES decide which property is right for me?

We don’t…you do! In most cases, we will give you a choice of 2-3 properties based on your specific needs such as location, price, and type of unit (townhome -VS- flat, etc.).
